Return & Warranty Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. The returned product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items except in the event of a human error on our part. If we accidentally ship you the wrong product(s), we cover the shipping costs to make things right.

Sale items, clearance items, electric drift trikes, batteries, and motors laced into rims are not eligibile for returns.

To return or exchange a product, please email us at support@eDriftTrikes.com to obtain a RMA #. Please include your order # within your email. All returns or exchanges will require a eDriftTrikes issued RMA #. If you return a product to us without a eDriftTrikes issued RMA #,

Shipping for Returns
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return item(s) to us. If a mistake is made on our part, we cover the shipping costs to make things right.

Refunds
Refunds can take up to 1 week to process after the product has been received on our end.  Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.
